About the Fund
The Campus Defense Fund was born on the front lines of the fight for conservative students.
Shae McInnis
Founder & President
Shae McInnis founded the Campus Defense Fund after witnessing firsthand the rampant discrimination facing conservative students on college campuses.
As President of the Georgetown University College Republicans, Shae routinely fights Georgetown's leftist bureaucracy as it attempts to stifle free speech and attack conservative organizing on campus. His article exposing Georgetown's illegal DEI policies garnered national attention and forced the University to scrub its websites of their discriminatory initiatives. Shae has been threatened with disciplinary and financial sanction, but remains resolute in the fight for conservative values at Georgetown and beyond.
Shae has been featured on Fox News and Newsmax and has written for the Daily Caller and the Daily Signal. In 2024, he was named National Debate Champion.
